1. Nature of the service
Malo is a personal tool for recording, organizing, and reporting financial data. It is not a bank or payment wallet, does not execute transfers, and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your entries, reviewing results before relying on them, and protecting your device, account details, and backup files. You must also have the right to enter any information about other people or organizations.
3. Local use and sync
Core financial functions can be used locally without an account. Creating a cloud account and enabling sync are explicit user choices. A connection or sync interruption does not replace your responsibility to review your data and keep an appropriate copy.
4. Updates and ending use
The service or this agreement may change, with the updated version and date published here. You may stop using the app at any time, and if you created a cloud account you can delete it yourself from within the app. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the cloud account.
